Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory & immune-supportive)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (balances blood sugar & supports circulation)
  • ¼ tsp ashwagandha powder (an adaptogen that helps regulate stress)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (soothing & grounding)
  • A pinch of black pepper (helps with turmeric absorption)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over low-medium heat.
